LORA, Oregon invites Proposals to provide professional engineering services for Work Order #252 – 3rd and 4th Street Improvement Project. The full Request for Proposals document can be obtained free of charge at the City of Lake Oswego, Engineering Division, 3rd floor of City Hall, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon, or by calling Donna Broadhurst at 503.635.0266, or online at http://www.ci.oswego.or.us/bids. Consultants choosing to download the full RFP directly from the City’s website must register their firm name and other contact information with the City, and add their names to the RFP Holder’s List in order to be assured of receiving addenda or clarification to this RFP by calling 503.635.0266. Any amendments to this RFP will be in writing and will be issued to all persons or businesses that have registered to receive RFP amendments. The RFP Holders List will be updated daily and posted on the web by 3:00 pm.

Proposals will be received by the Project Manager, David Kudna, at Lake Oswego City Hall, Engineering Division, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97034 until 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 15, 2017. Submissions received after this time will considered non-responsive and will be returned without review.
