Proposals will be received by Joel B. Komarek, P.E., at the 3rd floor reception desk in Lake Oswego City Hall, Engineering Department, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97034 until June 26, 2017, at 4:00 PM local time.
