AND REPLACEMENT OF CITY STREETLIGHT APPARATUS

Lake Oswego Public Works Department The City of Lake Oswego Public Works Department invites your firm to submit a proposal to provide On-Call Electrician Services.

1. Online. To download the full Request for Proposals and receive all notifications a person or company must register and add your individual name or company name to the Plan holder’s list at http://www.ci.oswego.or.us/publicworks/bid-rfp-information. 2. In Person. To obtain the full Request for Proposals in person, see the front desk at the Public Works Department, 5705 Jean Road, Lake Oswego, OR, 97035

Requests for Quotes are due by Tuesday October 11th at 10:00 a.m. the City of Lake Oswego. Submissions received after this time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review.

2 Bidders responded to the RFP: H&H Electric Works Inc. Christenson Electric Inc. There were 3 persons on the selection committee. Out of 300 possible points, the scoring was as follows: H&H Electric Works Inc. - 281 points Christenson Electric Inc. - 197 points Based on these scores, H&H Electric Works Inc. has been selected as the primary contractor. Christenson Electric Inc. has been selected as the alternate contractor.
