REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS DESIGNING, INSTALLING, AND MAINTAINING SUMMER ANNUAL COLOR IN CITY OF LAKE OSWEGO FLOWER BEDS AND PLANTING POTS

Lake Oswego Public Works Department

The City of Lake Oswego Public Works Department invites your firm to submit a quote for the design, installation, and maintenance of summer flowers in the City’s rights-of-way and at City facilities. The full Request for Proposals is available:

1. Online. To download the full Request for Quotes and receive all notifications a person or company must register and add your individual name or company name to the Plan holder’s list at http://www.ci.oswego.or.us/bids/. If you have website questions concerning this Request please call Rachel Sykes at 503-534-5734.

2. In Person. To obtain the full Request for Quotes in person, see the front desk at the Public Works Department, 17601 Pilkington Road, Lake Oswego, OR, 97035. Business hours are 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday-Friday.

Requests for Quotes are due by Friday December 6th, 2019 at 10:00 AM. Submissions received after this time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review.
