NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

FOR THE DESIGN, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE

OF WINTER ANNUAL COLOR PLANTINGS

 

The City of Lake Oswego invites submission of proposals from qualified companies for the design, installation, and maintenance of winter annual flowers in City of Lake Oswego flower beds and planting pots.

The City is seeking to award a contract for an initial term of one winter season (November through April), with four (4) annual renewal options, for a possible total of five (5) years.

Deadline for Submission of Quote: 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 4, 2017. Submissions received after this time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review. Email quotes are not deemed submitted until confirmation is confirmed by the City
