SCOPE OF WORK: This work consists primarily of replacing eight pedestrian push buttons and eight pedestrian signal heads. All new equipment will be mounted on the existing signal poles. Coordinate installation inspections with Clackamas County and traffic control with Lake Oswego Inspection.

COMPLETION: Project Substantial Completion shall be June 25, 2026, and Project Final Completion shall be July 10, 2026.

Upon submission, bidders will receive an automated email confirmation. Receipt may also be verified by phone at 503.695.2533. Bids received after the closing time will not be accepted. Bidders are encouraged to submit bids early.
Bidders must also submit a Bid Security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid.

The City will review and determine the qualifications of the apparent successful bidder as part of evaluating the responsive bid with the highest points. See Special Provisions, Section 00120 – Bidding Requirements and Procedures.
Because the City’s estimate of the contract value is less than $100,000, Bidders are not required to submit a First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, to the City.
QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATION: Questions about meaning or intent of the Bid Documents shall be submitted through the project bid site no later than seven (7) days prior to Bid Closing Time.Clarifications to the Bidding Documents will be made by addenda only. The City has evaluated each bid submitted as to if they are responsive, irregular, and responsible in accordance with section 00120.70 of the general conditions. The City intends to award the contract to Aaken Corporation. In accordance with Section 00130 in the General Conditions of the Contract Documents, any protest of the intended award of contract must be submitted within seven (7) days after notice is given by City to the contact person of the submitter.
