  • Bids will be received at Howard S. Wright Constructors offices located at 1455 NW Irvin Street, Suite 400, Portland, OR  97209.
  • Bids may be E-mailed, Faxed or Hand Delivered.

  • Bid Documents: E-mail Aaron Braun for bid documents.
  • A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on April 2, 2019 at 2:00 PM.
  • All bidder questions must be submitted in writing by April 5, 2019 at 5:00 PM.
  • All bidders must comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870.
  • All bidders must be registered with Construction Contractors Board at the time of bid submission.
