PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The new Lake Oswego City Hall Project consists of on-site and off-site frontage improvement work as well as a new building that will accommodate both the Lake Oswego City Hall and the Lake Oswego Police Department. The new Lake Oswego City Hall will be located on a recently bought parcel at the corner of A Avenue and 3rd Street in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The adjacent parcel, located at the corner of A Avenue and 4th Street, where the existing Lake Oswego City Hall resides, will be demolished after the new City Hall is built. This parcel will accommodate new parking, hardscape, landscape and water quality facilities.

The new Lake Oswego City Hall will be built in two phases. In phase one, the 4-story, approximately 70,684 square foot building will be built directly adjacent to the existing City Hall. The In phase two, the existing City Hall will be demolished.  In its place, a new public parking lot, plaza and landscaping areas will be built.

Howard S. Wright Constructors (HSW) serving as the CM/GC for the City of Lake Oswego are requesting lump sum bid proposals for the Elevator scope of work in the construction of the Lake Oswego City Hall Project – Elevators located at 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, OR 97034.

Elevator Package includes the following: Two new elevators and associated controls. Basis of design is 4000# capacity, 150-fpm, 4-stop on North and South side of the building. Machine room less system.

All bidder questions must be submitted in writing by December 4, 2018 @ 5:00PM.

All bidders must comply with requirements of the prevailing wage law in ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870.  All bidders must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board at the time of bid submission.
