REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Lease Portion of the Lake Oswego Historic Worker’s Cottage
(and manage non-leased portion as exhibit and public meeting space)
The City of Lake Oswego, Oregon, is accepting proposals from an individual, group, or public entity to lease 192 sq. ft. (former bedroom and kitchen) portion of the City’s Historic Worker’s Cottage, 40 Wilbur St., Lake Oswego. Lessee required to obtain a conditional use permit for City’s historic exhibit / public meeting space uses and for lessee’s use [either "institutional uses" (private educational, cultural, religious or social welfare) or "major public facility"]. A part of the lessee’s obligation will be to manage the balance of the Cottage as a historic exhibit / public meeting space for the City. An individual, group, or public entity submitting a proposal must have a demonstrated ability to manage exhibits of historical items and public meeting space.

The City has new Bid/RFP website http://www.ci.oswego.or.us/publicworks/bid-rfp-information. You will need to create an account within the site and register on the Planholder’s list to receive Addenda, view the Planholder's list, and get proposal results.
Any amendments to this RFP will be in writing and will be issued to all persons or businesses that have registered to receive RFP amendments.
Proposals must be received by the Project Manager, Paul Espe by March 17, 2015, 2:00 P.M. in accordance with the directions provided in the RFP.
