REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

To Provide Design-Build-Operate-Maintain Services
For
Lake Oswego Wastewater Treatment Facility

The City of Lake Oswego is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to invite qualified entities to submit a Statement of Qualifications to provide integrated design, construction, and long-term operations and maintenance services for a new wastewater treatment facility and associated infrastructure to replace the existing Tryon Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant located in north Lake Oswego, Oregon.

To download the full RFQ and receive all notifications, addenda, view the RFQ Holders List, etc., a person or company must register and add its individual name or company to the RFQ Holders List at http://www.ci.oswego.or.us/bids/. Any amendments to this RFQ will be in writing and will be issued to all persons or businesses that have registered to receive RFQ amendments. The RFQ Holders list will be updated daily and available on the website. All questions about the meaning or intent of the RFQ shall be submitted through the bid site.

Proposals shall be submitted by electronic means only and must be received by September 27 October 11 (addendum 1), 2024, 2:00 PM PST. To submit electronic (PDF) Proposals, a proposer must accurately complete the required fields and upload proposal document at:

Once submitted, the Proposer will receive an automated email confirmation. Proposer may also verify receipt by phone: 503.635.0267. Proposals will not be accepted after the RFQ closing date/time specified above. Proposers are encouraged to submit proposals early.
