The City of Lake Oswego invites your Engineering Consulting Firm to submit a proposal to provide professional engineering services for the design of Work Order 333, Lakeview Blvd Street and Drainage Improvements.

The objective of this project is to assist the City in identifying creative ways to improve the roadway, stormwater management, and pathway that balances improvements to the roadway surfaces, stormwater conveyance and management, and pedestrian travel. The project will include topographic survey, pavement/roadway design, a hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, utility coordination, public outreach, and the development of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E)

The full Request for Proposals document can be obtained free of charge online on the City of Lake Oswego website www.ci.oswego.or.us/bids/. Consultants must register their firm name and other contact information with the City, and add their names to the RFP Holder’s List in order to be assured of receiving addenda or clarification to this RFP by calling Cindy Waggener at 503.635.0289. Any amendments to this RFP will be in writing and will be issued to all persons or businesses that have registered to receive RFP amendments. The RFP Holders List will be updated daily and posted on the website.

All questions about the meaning or intent of the Request for Proposals Document shall be submitted through the bid site.

Proposals will be received by the Project Manager, Heike Shipton, PE at Lake Oswego City Hall, Engineering Division, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97034 until 3:00 PM on Monday, August 8, 2022.

The scores from the written proposal are shown in the table below. As specified in the RFP, since the score of the highest ranked Proposer exceeds the score of all other ranked Proposers by more than 25 points, the City shall forego the interview phase and declare the highest ranked Proposer to be the Initially-Preferred Proposer.
