The City of Lake Oswego Public Works Department invites your firm to submit a proposal to provide manhole repairs.

  1. Online.  To download the full Request for Proposal and receive all notifications a person or company must register and add your individual name or company name to the Plan holder's list at http://www.ci.oswego.or.us/publicworks/bid-rfp-information.  If you have website questions concerning this Request please call Patti Smith at 503-534-5687.
  2. In person.  To obtain the full Request for Proposals in person, ask for Patti Smith at the Lake Oswego Public Works Department, 5705 Jean Road, Lake Oswego, OR. 97035.
  3. If you have questions regarding the Request for Quotes, please contact the Project Manager, Phil Lawrence at 503-534-5677.

Requests for Quotes are due by 3:30 p.m., local time, August 15, 2016 to the City of Lake Oswego.  Submissions received after this time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review.
