WORK ORDER 340 - MCVEY PUMP STATION REPLACEMENT

The City of Lake Oswego invites firms to submit proposals to provide professional engineering services for design, permitting, construction and commissioning of a new water pump station at the location of the existing McVey PS. This project was identified in the City’s Water System Master Plan 2018, and verified by Water Storage Study Project in 2023 as being necessary to improve water service, increase reliability and reduce maintenance expenditures.

Any amendments to this RFP will be in writing and will be issued to all persons or businesses that have registered to receive RFP amendments. The RFP holders list is updated daily and available on the website.
HOW TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL: Proposals shall be submitted by ELECTRONIC MEANS ONLY and must be received by August 9, 2023 4:00 PM PST. To submit electronic (PDF) Proposals, a proposer must accurately complete the required fields and upload proposal document at:

Once submitted, the Proposer will receive an automated email confirmation. Proposer may also verify receipt by phone: 503.534.5299. Proposals will not be accepted after the RFP closing time August 9, 2023 4:00 PM PST. Proposers are encouraged to submit proposals early.

We will be entering into negotiations with the top proposer, West Yost Associates, to produce a detailed scope of work and cost agreement. If the result of that negotiation is not acceptable to the City, the negotiation with the top proposer will be terminated, and the next proposer will be contacted to negotiate a detailed scope of work and cost.
