Summary

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Multiple Site Landscape Maintenance Services

Lake Oswego Public Works Department

The City of Lake Oswego Public Works Department invites your firm to submit a proposal for Multiple Site Landscape Maintenance Services within the City of Lake Oswego. Proposed work under the contract takes place at approximately 200 sites totaling 55 acres. Work areas include rights-of-way, street medians, City facilities, water/sewer pump stations, and other areas throughout the City.

Please add your firm to the Planholder list to access all RFP Documents, have the ability to submit questions, be notified of addendums, and receive any other updates during the solicitation process.

Please see the following attachments:

  1. Request For Proposal Document, which includes the City's proposed Form of Contract.
  2. Bid Sheets are found in Exhibit B-1 and B-2 of the RFP. Fillable bid sheets can be found in the attached Excel spreadsheet. These sheets are identical to those found in the RFP, but will auto sum bid amounts to ensure accuracy and completion. Proposers are encouraged to use these sheets to subtotal proposed costs and then arrive at a lump sum bid. All bid forms must be submitted as part of a complete proposal.
  3. Maps of all work sites that are included within the Scope of Work. There is a master map, showing all sites, and also 4 maps showing the quadrants of the City to provide more detail of site locations. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, there will not be a proposer tour. Proposers are HIGHLY encouraged to take a self guided tour to gather a better understanding of all sites and work tasks to be completed.

Questions regarding the RFP may be directed to Project Manager Pam Peterson, at ppeterson@ci.oswego.or.us. Any issues with this site or document access can be directed to Rachel Sykes, at rsykes@ci.oswego.or.us
