Pursuant to ORS 279A.220, the City of Lake Oswego gives notice of its intent to enter into the following contract:

Description: Annual Fire Alarm System Testing, Inspection and Maintenance Services and On-Call Services

If comments are received, City will consider all comments and make a written determination whether entering into the contract is in the best interest of the City.  A copy of the City’s written determination shall be provided to any vendors that submit comments and provide contact information.
