Intent to Enter Into Interstate Cooperative Purchasing Agreement

Pursuant to ORS 279A.220, the City of Lake Oswego gives notice of its intent to enter into the following contract:

Description: Vehicle Lease and Management Services

Estimated Contract Amount: Varies (Contract amount is based on a “per vehicle” basis; there is no minimum or maximum number of leased vehicles.  The contract that is tentatively scheduled to go to Council on September 15, 2015 is anticipated to cover approximately 25 vehicles for an estimated cost range of between $300,000 to $450,000 with the variance depending on the terms and how many of the leases are pre-paid up front)

If comments are received, City will consider all comments and make a written determination whether entering into the contract is in the best interest of the City.  A copy of the City’s written determination shall be provided to any vendors that submit comments and provide contact information.
