CITY OF LAKE OSWEGO REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS TO PROVIDE A PUBLIC-PRIVATE-PARTNERSHIP TO DESIGN-BUILDFINANCE- OPERATE-MAINTAIN (DBFOM) A REPLACEMENT WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
The City of Lake Oswego is seeking a DBFOM firm/consortia to deliver a new and more efficient wastewater treatment plant to replace the existing Tryon Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (“TCWTP”) located in northeast Lake Oswego.
The full Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is available:
1. Online. To download the full RFQ and receive all notifications a person or company must register and add your individual name or company name to the Plan Holder’s List by clicking on the Details and Notifications link below.
2. In Person. To obtain the full RFQ in person, see the front desk of the City Manager’s Office at City Hall (380 A Avenue) during regular business hours of Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
The Statement of Qualification (SOQ ), in the format and manner stated in the RFQ, must be submitted by 5:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, April 9, 2019 to Anthony Hooper, Deputy City Manager, City Manager’s Office, Lake Oswego City Hall, 380 A Avenue, PO Box 369, Lake Oswego, OR 97035. Submissions received after this time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review. The SOQ will be evaluated and the top three SOQs will be invited to submit Proposals in response to a later Request for Proposals.
