Points will be assigned based upon the Price Proposal Total. Price Portion of a Proposal shall be scored as follows:

1. The lowest Price submitted by a Proposer: Proposer will be awarded 400 points.

2. Other Price Portions of Proposals: Each Proposal’s Price shall be calculated as a percentage difference from the Lowest Price Proposal, rounded up or down to the nearest whole percentage, and then multiplied by 400 points (rounded to the nearest whole number). Example: If Lowest Price Proposal is $100 and next Lowest Price Proposal is $200, then $200 - $100 equals 100/200, which is 50%, deducted from 100% equals 50%, so points awarded is 400 points x 50% = 200 points.
