The City of Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Department (LOPR) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to update LOPR with recognizable graphics and a tagline (if applicable) that ties into the branding established by the City. One overarching goal is to clearly define LOPR's mission, vision, and values with a refreshed look, giving LOPR a unified look and feel. Consultants are invited to demonstrate their relevant experience and qualifications by responding to this Request for Proposals (RFP).

Proposal Deadline: Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at 3:00 PM.
Electronic submission is required. Submit proposals as a single PDF file by email to rkrakauer@lakeoswego.city. Submissions received after this time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review.

Written requests for clarification of the RFP must be submitted through the City’s bid management system at https://www.ci.oswego.or.us/bids/. All other communication and correspondence pertaining to this RFP should be directed to City Project Manager Robin Krakauer by email at rkrakauer@lakeoswego.city.
