TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR (CM/GC) SERVICES
FOR THE LAKE OSWEGO LIBRARY WORKROOM RENOVATION

The City of Lake Oswego, Oregon, invites proposals from interested firms to provide Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) services for a facility renovation at the Lake Oswego Library located at 706 4th Street, Lake Oswego, OR  97034.

Sealed Proposals, in an envelope clearly listing the firm’s name and proposal title, must be received by the Library Manager, Melissa Kelly, by August 17, 2016, at 2:00 PM in accordance with the directions provided in the RFP.

An Optional Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on August 1, 2016 at the Lake Oswego Library at 706 4th Street in Lake Oswego, 97034.
