The City of Lake Oswego, Oregon, a Certified Local Government by the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), is seeking proposals from an interested consultant to conduct a selective historic Reconnaissance Level Survey and final report of the Lake Grove Neighborhood. The architectural survey products and reporting must meet the standards required in “Guidelines for Conducting Historic Resources Surveys in Oregon” (current version).
Submitters must demonstrate they have the ability to conduct this work within the budget and timelines prescribed in the scope of work outlined in this RFP. It is imperative that the final products are consistent with the most recent publication of the “Guidelines for Historic Resource Surveys in Oregon,” prepared by the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO). This project is supported in part by grant funding from the SHPO and National Park Service (NPS). The City is seeking competitive proposals for this project, which does not exceed $14,000.
