The City of Lake Oswego, Oregon, a Certified Local Government, is accepting proposals from interested consultants to revise and update inventory field data sheets (Intensive Level Survey forms) for a minimum of 40 historic properties on the City’s Landmark Designation List. The completed survey forms will need to meet the criteria found under the “Guidelines for Historic Resource Surveys in Oregon prepared by the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), 2011.

The City has new Bid/RFP website http://www.ci.oswego.or.us/publicworks/bid-rfp-information. You will need to create an account within the site and register on the Planholder’s list to receive Addenda, view the Planholder's list, and get Bid results.

Any amendments to this RFP will be in writing and will be issued to all persons or businesses that have registered to receive RFP amendments.

Proposals must be received by the Project Manager, Paul Espe by 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, in accordance with the directions provided in the RFP.
