The City of Lake Oswego, Oregon, invites submission of proposals to provide Program Management Services for the City of Lake Oswego’s Pavement Management Program. The full Request for Proposals document can be obtained free of charge:

Any amendments to this RFP will be in writing and will be issued electronically to all persons or businesses that have registered to receive RFP amendments. The RFP Holders List will be updated daily and posted on the web by 3:00 pm.

Proposals will be received by Joel B. Komarek, P.E., at the 3rd floor reception desk in Lake Oswego City Hall, Engineering Department, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97034 until September 12, 2017, at 4:00 PM local time.
