Request for Proposals to provide Architectural & Engineering Services for the New Operations Center Project

CITY OF LAKE OSWEGO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO PROVIDE ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE NEW OPERATIONS CENTER PROJECT

The City of Lake Oswego, Oregon, invites proposals from interested firms to provide complete architectural and engineering (structural, mechanical / plumbing, electrical, low voltage / technology, and civil) services for the new facilities at the Operations Center located at 5705 Jean Road, Lake Oswego, OR 97035.

   1. Online. To download the full Request for Proposals and receive all notifications a person or company must register and add your individual    name or company to the Planholder’s list at http://www.ci.oswego.or.us/publicworks/bid-rfp-information.     2. In Person. To obtain the full Request for Proposals in person, see the administrative front counter at the Operations Center, 5705 Jean Road, Lake Oswego, OR 97035.

Sealed Proposals, in an envelope clearly listing the firm’s name and proposal title, must be received by the Project Manager, Anthony Hooper, by July 1, 2015, at 2:00 PM in accordance with the directions provided in the RFP.
