REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR (CM/GC) SERVICES FOR THE NEW OPERATIONS CENTER PROJECT

The City of Lake Oswego, Oregon, invites proposals from interested firms to provide Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the new facilities at the Operations Center located at 5705 Jean Road, Lake Oswego, OR  97035.

Online. Sealed Proposals, in an envelope clearly listing the firm’s name and proposal title, must be received by the Project Manager, Anthony Hooper, by August 14, 2015, at 2:00 PM in accordance with the directions provided in the RFP.

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, July 27, 2015 at the Operations Center at 5705 Jean Road in Lake Oswego.
