CITY OF LAKE OSWEGO
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TO PROVIDE MULTIPLE SITE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
The City of Lake Oswego invites your firm to submit a proposal to provide a high-quality level of landscaping services for approximately 200 sites, which totals nearly 55 acres and includes right-of-ways, street medians, facilities, water pump stations, and reservoirs.

1. Online. To download the full Request for Proposals and receive all notifications a person or company must register and add your individual name or company name to the Plan holder’s list at http://www.ci.oswego.or.us/publicworks/bid-rfp-information . If you have website questions concerning this Request please call Pam Peterson at 503-534-5686.
2. In Person. To obtain the full Request for Proposals in person, see the front desk at the Operations Division at 5705 Jean Road, Lake Oswego, OR during regular business hours of the Operations Division.
Four (4) copies of the Proposals, plus one (1) copy of the proposal in electronic PDF format on a USB flash drive must be submitted in a sealed envelope are due at 10:00 a.m., local time, Friday, November 20, 2015 to Pam Peterson, City Beautification Coordinator, at 5705 Jean Road. Submissions received after this time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review.

MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE / SCHEDULE DEADELINE: NOV. 2, 2015.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site tour will available on November 4, 2015, between 9:00 A.M. to 4 P.M. The deadline for scheduling the site tour with Pam Peterson at 503-534-5686 or via e-mail at ppeterson@lakeoswego.city is November 2, 2015 at 2 p.m. The objective of the pre-proposal conference is to discuss the project, contents of the Request for Proposal, tour all project sites, and present any questions. (No binding answers will be given at the pre-proposal conference; a written RFP addendum will be issued if the Project Manager deems necessary to clarify or supplement the RFP.) Proposal documents will be available at pre-proposal conference and tour. Limit two representatives per landscape firm for the site tour. The site tour will begin at the Lake Oswego Operations Site, 5705 Jean Road Lake Oswego.
