Revision 2/16/2022

1. Clarification and Change: On Section 2.2 Open Space, Location #3 and #5 shows 4 locations. Note #5 specifically is broken into 3 marked locations on the Map shown on page 27 with the number that coordinates with the listed locations.
2. The site listed in Section 2.2 Open Space, Location #1 Country Club Road & Iron Mountain Blvd has been removed from the RFP.  With this change there are a total of 17 sites on this RFP.

Multiple Site RFP Fillable Forms Revised 3/4/22

The City of Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation Department invites submissions of Proposals to provide a high-quality level of landscaping services for 18 17 sites that includes Parks, Facilities and Open Space properties throughout the City. Proposals are required to provide bid with two options:

• Alternative 1: A hybrid use of electric hand-held power equipment including 21” mowers. Gas powered large area mowers and motorized vehicles are allowed.
• Alternative 2: All powered equipment used must be electric with the only exception of motorized vehicles.

REMINDER: A "Mandatory" Pre-Bid tour of the 18 17 contracted sites listed in the scope of work will be begin "PROMPTLY" at 9:00am on Friday, February 25, 2022 starting at Rossman Park, 555 4th St, Lake Oswego, OR 97034. If a Bid is submitted by a Bidder having not attended the Mandatory Pre-Bid tour, it will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

In effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19, Proposals shall be submitted by ELECTRONIC MEANS ONLY and must be received up to the Bid Closing Time. Submit electronic (PDF) Proposals to Project Manager Megan Big John at mbigjohn@lakeoswego.city, with subject line: “CONFIDENTIAL – RFP Multiple Site Landscape Maintenance,” and email address for confirmation to bidder of City’s receipt. Bidder may also verify receipt by phone: 503-534-5436. Proposals will not be accepted after the Bid Closing Time.

Submissions received after this time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review.
