Request for Proposals to Provide Professional Engineering Services for 2013 Pavement Condition Assessment

The City of Lake Oswego, Oregon, invites your firm to submit a proposal to provide professional engineering services to conduct pavement condition inspections on the entire City of Lake Oswego Street System which consists of approximately 183 centerline miles of roadway.

The City has new Bid/RFP website http://www.ci.oswego.or.us/publicworks/bid-rfp-information. You will need to create an account within the site and register on the Planholder’s list to receive Addenda, view the Planholder's list and get Bid results.

Any amendments to this RFP will be in writing and will be issued to all persons or businesses that have registered to receive RFP amendments.

Proposals must be received by the Project Manager, Crystal M. Shum, P.E., by March 5, 2013, at 4:00 PM in accordance with the directions provided in the RFP.
