TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES

WORK ORDER 298
BLUE HERON TRUNK (T-BH-2)
The City of Lake Oswego, Oregon, invites submission of proposals to provide professional Engineering services for Work Order 298, Blue Heron Trunk (T-BH-2).
Previous investigations and evaluations have indicated the Blue Heron 2 Trunk wastewater conveyance system of pipeline segments and manholes are reaching the end of their useful life, and is due for rehabilitation or replacement. The consultant team selected for the Blue Heron Trunk (T-BH-2) project will help determine the detailed scope of the rehabilitation or replacement project, and proceed with design, bidding assistance, and construction contract management assistance for the project.

All Consultants must register their firm name and other contact information with the City in order to be assured of receiving addenda or clarification to this RFP. Any amendments to this RFP will be in writing and will be issued only to those persons or businesses that have registered to receive RFP amendments. The RFP Holders List will be updated daily and posted on the website by 3:00 pm.
Proposals will be received by the Project Manager, Pat McDougal, at Lake Oswego City Hall, Engineering Department, 380 A Avenue, P.O. Box 369, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97034 until September 21, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. Proposals may be a set of four (4) paper copies shipped to the above address; a flash drive, containing a PDF file, shipped to the above address; or, a PDF file attached to an email message sent to pmcdougal@ci.oswego.or.us.
