REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

TO PROVIDE WATER METER READING SERVICES

The City of Lake Oswego invites your firm to submit a proposal to provide services to read approximately 12,500 water meters per month for the Utility Billing section of the Finance Department.  The selected firm will provide accurate monthly meter reads by the 15th of each month for processing of utility invoices with actual read dates not more than two weeks prior to the delivery date.

Requests for Proposals are due by 3:30 p.m., local time, Friday, April 3, 2015 to the City of Lake Oswego.  Submissions received after this time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review.
