The City of Lake Oswego, Oregon, invites submission of proposals to provide professional Engineering services for an update to the City’s 2001 Water Master Plan. The full Request for Proposals document can be obtained free of charge:

Any amendments to this RFP will be in writing and will be issued to all persons or businesses that have registered to receive RFP amendments. The RFP Holders List will be updated daily and posted on the web by 3:00 pm.

Proposals will be received by the Project Manager, Joel B. Komarek, P.E., at Lake Oswego City Hall, Engineering Department, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97034 until December 6, 2016, at 2:00 pm local time.
