to be Included on Consultant List for Future Direct Appointment or Informal Selection of Engineering Consultant,
Land Surveying, Materials Testing, Construction Management, Arborist Consulting Services,
Transportation Planning Services, and Natural Resources Scientific and Engineering Services
for Future Public Improvement Projects

The City of Lake Oswego (City) and the Lake Oswego Redevelopment Agency (LORA) jointly invite Consultants to submit a Statement of Interest to be included on a City/LORA list of prospective consultants for future public improvement projects in the following areas:

• Engineering: Public utility designs including water, wastewater and stormwater systems; roadway design, including geometric, curb ramps, sidewalks, and paving; geotechnical analysis, including landslides, wall backfill and paving analysis; structural analysis, including bridges and walls; traffic engineering, electrical design and railway systems engineering.
• Land surveying services for parks, water, sewer, surface water, and transportation systems improvements.
• Materials testing services for city infrastructure construction and rehabilitation projects, which include roads, potable water, sanitary sewer and surface water systems.
• Construction management services and Owner’s representation services specifically for construction management of public infrastructure projects, which may include State or Federal funds.
• Arborist consultation services related to tree assessment, inspection, and mitigation.

• Transportation planning services for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
• Natural resources scientific and engineering services to support planning, permitting, design, construction and maintenance of built and unbuilt components of the City’s infrastructure system.

Statements of Interests are due by November 22, 2016, 4:00 PM to the City of Lake Oswego.  Submissions received after this time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review.
