Sealed Proposals to provide Ozone System – Goods and Special Services for the Lake Oswego/Tigard Water Treatment Plant project for the City of Lake Oswego, Work Order 206, will be received by David A. Prock, P.E., Deputy Project Director, City of Lake Oswego, (Hand Delivery or Private Courier Service only) at: 4101 Kruse Way, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97035 until 4:00 p.m., local time, on September 13, 2012. Responses must be contained within a sealed opaque envelope or shipping container clearly marked “Proposal for Goods and Services: Ozone System Lake Oswego/Tigard Water Treatment Plant”.
Prospective Sellers of the Ozone Systems are advised this is a Technical Evaluation and Competitive Price solicitation and that selection of the Seller will be based on the selection criteria identified in the Solicitation Documents. A Source Selection Committee appointed by the City of Lake Oswego will evaluate all responsive Proposals received by the closing time of this solicitation.
Purpose of Solicitation
The City of Lake Oswego, Oregon (City) desires to contract with a qualified Seller to provide Goods and Special Services: Ozone System for the Water Treatment Plant in furtherance of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) executed between the cities of Lake Oswego and Tigard, Oregon (Program Sponsors).
Proposals from prospective Sellers will be evaluated in accordance with selection criteria identified in the Solicitation Documents. The successful Ozone System Seller will be required to enter into an Agreement with the City of Lake Oswego (Buyer) with provisions for the Agreement to be assigned to a construction contractor (Assignee) anticipated to be engaged by the City in June 2013. Payments to the successful Seller will be through the Buyer and Assignee in accordance with the schedule of payments identified in the Solicitation Documents.
