TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES

JEAN RD / PILKINGTON RD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Lake Oswego invites your firm to submit a proposal to provide professional engineering services relating to the preliminary design and analysis for improvements to the intersection at Jean Road and Pilkington Road. The project objective is to assist the City’s Engineering Department in analyzing the intersection operations to ensure the City constructs an improvement which will provide value long term. This contract may be amended to include final design of the chosen alternative along with construction assistance.

Any amendments to this RFP will be in writing and will be issued to all persons or businesses that have registered to receive RFP amendments. The RFP holders list will be updated daily and posted on the web by 3:00 pm.

Proposals will be received by Traffic Engineer Mike Ward, P.E., at the Lake Oswego City Hall, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97034 until April 30, 2019 at 4:00 pm local time.
