SOUTH SHORE WASTEWATER BASIN INFLOW AND INFILTRATION REDUCTION
PROGRAM PRE-DESIGN

The City of Lake Oswego invites your firm to submit a proposal to provide professional engineering services relating to the development of an Inflow and Infiltration (I/I) Reduction Program.  The project objective is to assist the City in defining and managing a program to reduce the inflow and infiltration currently entering its wastewater collection and conveyance system within the South Shore Wastewater Basin.  The initial program, herein referred to as pre-design, will result in identifying, describing and recommending a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for reducing I/I within the South Shore Basin.  A second phase of the program will include implementation of the recommended CIP.  Design and construction management services associated with the defined CIP project may be awarded to the firm which performed the pre-design work; or, the City may choose to solicit separate proposals for those design and construction management services.
