REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
FOR
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) SELF-EVALUATION & TRANSITION PLAN
The City of Lake Oswego invites your firm to submit a proposal to provide professional services relating to the development of a Self-Evaluation & Transition Plan. The project will look at City facilities both on private property and in the right-of-way, analyze City policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements to improve compliance with ADA.

Any amendments to this RFP will be in writing and will be issued to all persons or businesses that have registered to receive RFP amendments. The RFP holders list will be updated daily and posted on the web by 3:00 pm.
Proposals will be received by the Project Manager, Mike Ward, at Lake Oswego City Hall, Engineering Division, 380 A Avenue, P.0. Box 369, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97034 until March 12 at 4:00 pm local time.
