RIVER INTAKE PUMP STATION UPGRADES
FOR
CITY OF LAKE OSWEGO, OREGON
Sealed bids for Work Order No.290 – River Intake Pump Station Upgrades will be received from bidders by Joel B. Komarek, P.E., Project Director, at the Engineering Department, Third Floor of City Hall, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97034 (this is NOT a US Postal Service mailing address; hand delivery or commercial delivery service only) until 2:00 p.m., local time, on the 12th day of December, 2019, and then will be publicly opened and read.
SCOPE OF WORK: In general, the project involves furnishing and installing one new 400 HP vertical turbine pump with an variable frequency drive, including associated electrical, mechanical, structural and related instrumentation and control work all in an existing raw water pump station.
No bid will be considered by the OWNER unless the bid form contains, or is accompanied by, a statement by the bidder as part of the bid that the provision required by ORS 279C.840 pertaining to prevailing wages shall be included in the contract. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether or not the bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120. Each bid must also contain a statement as to whether the bidder is registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board or licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board as required by ORS 671.530 and ORS 701.005.
The Contract Documents may be reviewed, examined, and copies obtained at the City Engineering Dept., 3rd Floor, Lake Oswego City Hall, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. Copies may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $35.00. Copies of the Contract Documents may also be obtained by mail upon request (phone: 503.635.0270) and upon the receipt of an additional $5.00 per Contract Document to cover postage and handling. Requests sent through the mail shall be addressed to the Engineering Department, City of Lake Oswego, PO Box 369, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97034.
