PROPOSALS DUE FEBRUARY 13, 2020 by 3pm

The City of Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Department is requesting proposals to contract with a qualified independent contractor to provide talent acquisition for two summer concert series and a July 4th event.  The 2020 concert series is eight weeks in length for a total of 16 concerts.  The July 4th event provides a 17th concert.  The requested services are for a proposed contract term of one year and renewable for two (2) one (1) year periods. 

 

The Request for Proposals can be downloaded from the City of Lake Oswego Bid Management website at https://www.ci.oswego.or.us/bids/rfps, a printed copy can be obtained at City of Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation Department, 17525 SW Stafford Rd, Lake Oswego, OR 97034, or phone 503-675-2549, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8am and 5pm.  There is a $15 charge for printed RFP documents.  Questions may be directed to Events Supervisor, Jamie Inglis, at jinglis@lakeoswego.city or 503-675-3985.  Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes.

 

Proposals are due by 3pm on February 13, 2020.  Proposals may be submitted to Events Supervisor, Jamie Inglis, via electronic delivery to jinglis@lakeoswego.city or by mail to Jamie Inglis, City of Lake Oswego, PO Box 369, Lake Oswego, OR 97034.  If a confirmation of receipt of RFP is not received by the submitter at least 1 business hour prior to the deadline for submission, it is the submitter’s responsibility to contact the Events Supervisor to assure receipt of proposal.

 

Proposals must conform to all instructions outlined in the RFP. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and other applicable law and may reject any or all proposals in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City, and at no cost to the City.  DATED THIS 31st DAY OF JANUARY 2020.  Jamie Inglis, Events Supervisor, Published January 31st, 2020.
