Landscape and Public Grounds Maintenance

The City of Lake Oswego invites submission of Bids to provide a high-quality level of Temporary Labor Services – Landscape and Public Grounds Maintenance. 

Deadline for Submission of Bid: 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 14, 2022,

In an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19, Bids shall be submitted by ELECTRONIC MEANS ONLY and must be received up to the Bid Closing Time. Submit electronic (PDF) bids to Parks Maintenance Division of Parks & Recreation, Deputy Director Jeff Munro at jmunro@lakeoswego.city, with subject line: “CONFIDENTIAL – RFB – Parks Temporary Labor Services,” and email address for confirmation to bidder of City’s receipt. Bidder may also verify receipt by phone: 503-534-5683. Bids will not be accepted after the Bid Closing Time.

Submissions received after this time will be considered non-responsive and will be returned without review.

Questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents and requests for clarification or changes to the RFB shall be communicated on the City Bid Management System at https://www.ci.oswego.or.us/bids/rfps no later than 7 days prior to Bid Closing Time.
