About the Development Review Commission
The DRC is a seven-member citizen advisory body appointed to review development applications for compliance with the City’s land use and design regulations, based on criteria outlined in the City's Comprehensive Plan and Community Development Code and other related codes.
Development Review Commission Meetings The Commission meets on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber on the 3rd floor of City Hall at 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego. The Council Chamber has disabled access. For any special accommodations, please contact Kat Kluge at (503) 635-0286, at least 4 days before the meeting or submit a request for accommodations here.
All members of the Development Review Commission are required to file an Annual Verified Statement of Economic Interest with the Oregon Government Ethics Commission. Additional information is available from the OCEC.
