Development Review Commission Meeting - Wednesday, September 7th - Revised Agenda

The agenda for the Development Review Commission meeting on Wednesday, September 7th has been revised.  On September 1, the applicant notified staff that they intend to request the Commission re-open the public hearing to allow for submission of a revised plan and additional testimony.  If the request to re-open the public hearing is granted by the Commission, the applicant and all other persons would have the opportunity to testify regarding the new material.
