Update July 13, 2018

 

The DRC voted to deny LU 17-0065 on June 4, 2018. On June 22, 2018, the applicant filed a notice of intent to appeal appealing the DRC’s decision to the City Council. The appeal hearing before the City Council is scheduled for 9:00 am on Tuesday, July 24 in the Council Chamber. Only those persons that testified either orally or in writing during the DRC hearings may testify before the Council on this appeal. No new issues or evidence may be raised or submitted before the Council that were not previously raised or submitted before the DRC.

UPDATE MAY 8, 2018

At the May 7 DRC meeting, the Commission continued the hearing to May 21, 7:00 pm on its own motion. The record was left open for written testimony regarding only slope stability as it relates to the proposed drainage systems.  Written rebuttal testimony is due by Monday, May 14, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. and testimony is limited only to rebuttal of regarding only slope stability as it relates to the proposed drainage systems. [No public testimony expected at the May 21 hearing.]

UPDATE APRIL 3, 2018

On April 2, 2018, the Commission continued the public hearing for LU 17-0065 to May 7 to allow the submission of written testimony on the subject of slope stability as it relates to the proposed drainage systems only. Written testimony may be submitted by any party. Below are the due dates for submittal of written testimony and rebuttal of the testimony:
