At the request of the applicant, the Commission continued the hearing on this application to Monday, March 18, 2019 at 7:00 pm. to allow additional evidence or testimony. Any person may testify at the hearing or submit written testimony before the hearing.

Written testimony is due by Noon on March 18, 2019.  Persons may testify orally at the hearing or bring written evidence to the hearing in person.
