At its August 20th public hearing, the DRC continued the hearing to 9-5-18 for deliberations only, no new testimoney is allowed.

Initial Public Hearing Continued:

At its August 6th public hearing, the DRC continued the hearing to 8-20-18 to allow for additional written or oral testimony. All new exhibits and public comments submitted into the record between 8-7-18 and 5 p.m. on 8-20-18 will be posted.
