Public Hearing Continued:

The Commission continued the hearing to January 7, 2019 for further discussion on traffic and potential preservation of specific trees.  Any person may submit the following information requested by the Commission:

(1) Updated traffic simulations over a three hour time period with additional information on mitigation options.

(2) Potential tree preservation, limited to the following trees, listed by number: 10362, 2980, 3812, 3813, 3814, 3809, 3810, and 3811. 

All additional information shall be submitted by Noon on December 31, 2018.  Persons may testify orally regarding the submitted materials at the next hearing, but the oral testimony is limited to testimony about the materials submitted after the 12/17/18 public hearing and by Noon, December 31st.
