LU 21-0076: A request for Development Review Permit, Conditional Use Modification, Minor Variance, and RP District delineation for site modifications to the public golf course and construction of a new golf maintenance facility.
A request for approval of the following:
- Conditional Use Modification for site modifications to replace the existing 18-hole public golf course with a 9-hole course;
- Development Review Permit for construction of a maintenance building;
- Minor Variance to maximum fence height to allow a 75-foot tall netting for the driving range and two 30 -foot tall screen fences to the north of Hole 1 and to the southwest of maintenance building;
- RP District delineation; and
- Removal of 160 trees.
