Project Background / Summary:

A request for a Development Review (DR) Permit for a new mixed use building with approximately 3,400 sq. ft. of commercial office space and eight residential units in the West Lake Grove Design District using the Clear & Objective Housing Track. The applicant is also requesting the removal of three trees to accommodate site improvements.
