A request for a Conditional Use Permit modification and Development Review Permit Modification to construct five modular structures and expand the parking lot pavement to add a new bus lane on the Uplands Elementary school site, and increase student enrollment on the site to 826 students. The applicant is also requesting to delineate wetlands (RP District) on both the Uplands Elementary and Lake Oswego Middle School sites.
