The applicant is requesting approval of:  

• A minor development lot line adjustment;
• A 3-parcel minor partition of adjusted Tax Lot 200, with two flag lots;
• RP District delineation and buffer averaging;
• A major variance to increase the total number of lots served by an access lane from three to six; and,
