LU 23-0028: A request for a Development Review Permit for the City of Lake Oswego for a new wastewater treatment facility.

Project Background / Summary:

The applicant proposes to construct a new Wastewater Treatment Plant, requiring approval of the following:
• A Development Review Permit for the new wastewater treatment plant facilities;
• An Unavoidable Crossing for installation of a new high-river level outfall, air line, and driveway turnaround within an RP District (Tryon Creek);
• Installation of a new high-river level outfall and air line within the Willamette River Greenway Management Overlay (WRGMO); and,
• Removal of 51 trees to accommodate the project.
(Additional trees will be removed under a separate
Invasive tree removal permit).
